I’m Gwendalyn Rose Díaz, and I am a Honduran-American actor, singer, dancer, and artist originally from Houston, Texas. I recently graduated from Syracuse University with my BFA in Musical Theatre within the College of Visual & Performing Arts and with a minor in Nutrition within Falk College! I made the big move to NYC after graduating and am now based in New York City and Houston, Texas (if you need me to be)!

     My first language was actually Spanish, thanks to my Abuelita, and I grew up watching telenovelas with her which made me fall in love with drama. Getting to pursue my love for theatre is truly such an honor as a second generation Latina American and I make it my mission to honor and represent my identity in the work I do. ​​

     Many would say that I am like “a Disney movie character if they starred in a 90’s slasher horror film”.​ Not only do I have a deep love for Disney (could be a Disney Adult, but I pride myself in the fact that I am not), but an obsession with all things spooky such as horror movies and books! Some other things I love are nutrition, cooking, reformer pilates, running, snuggling up with my three kitties, and spending time with the people I love.
